Christ-Confidence Coaching (1:1 Programs)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or participating in any 1:1 coaching program offered by Christ-Confidence Coaching (“CCC”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.

2. PROGRAM TERM

Your coaching program duration is based on the option selected at checkout (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months).

• The program begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated

• All services must be used within the selected program term

• Sessions do not roll over beyond the agreed timeframe unless otherwise approved by CCC

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

Your program may include:

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Faith-based guidance and biblical integration

• Support in areas such as personal growth, business, lifestyle, and general wellness

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative, action-based process.

As a participant, you agree to:

• Actively engage in scheduled sessions

• Complete assigned exercises, reflections, or action steps

• Complete assignments in a timely and consistent manner

You understand that:

• Your results are directly tied to your participation and implementation

• CCC is not responsible for lack of results due to incomplete participation or failure to follow through

CCC reserves the right to terminate services, without refund, for repeated lack of participation or engagement.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is due in full or via an agreed payment plan

• You are responsible for the full program fee regardless of participation level

• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services

CCC reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balances.

6. NO REFUNDS

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of coaching services and immediate access to intellectual property:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason

• This includes early termination, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction

7. EARLY TERMINATION

You may choose to stop participating at any time.

However:

• This does not release you from your financial obligation

• The full program fee remains due and enforceable

CCC reserves the right to terminate this agreement if:

• Terms are violated

• Behavior is disruptive or inappropriate

• Payment obligations are not met

In such cases:

• Access will be revoked immediately

• No refunds will be issued

8. SESSION SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING & COMPLETION

Scheduling:

Sessions must be scheduled in advance using the designated system provided by CCC.

Standard Rescheduling Policy:

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session

If less than 24-hour notice is provided:

• The session is forfeited

• No make-up session is guaranteed

No-Shows:

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

Discretionary Rescheduling:

CCC may, at its sole discretion, allow a missed or forfeited session to be rescheduled only if:

• The request is submitted within two (2) weeks following the end of the program term, and

• Scheduling availability permits

You acknowledge:

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed

• CCC is under no obligation to provide make-up sessions

• Any approved sessions must be completed within a timeframe determined by CCC

Session Expiration:

• All sessions are intended to be used within the program term

• Unused sessions are forfeited unless otherwise approved under the discretionary clause above

9. COACHING DISCLAIMER

This program may include guidance in:

• Personal development

• Faith and spiritual growth

• Business and lifestyle

However, CCC does not provide:

• Medical advice

• Mental health therapy

• Legal advice

• Financial advisory services

You agree to seek licensed professionals where appropriate.

10. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Any discussion related to health or wellness is for informational and educational purposes only.

It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You assume full responsibility for your health decisions.

11. FAITH-BASED CONTENT

This program may include biblical principles and Christian perspectives.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept this approach.

12. NO GUARANTEES

CCC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Results

• Income

• Business success

• Health improvements

Outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and individual circumstances.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, content, and coaching frameworks are the property of Christ-Confidence Coaching.

You may not:

• Copy

• Share

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Teach or resell

…any portion of the program without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

14. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree not to share:

• Private coaching discussions

• Program materials

• Community or client information

CCC will make reasonable efforts to respect your privacy but cannot guarantee confidentiality in all digital communications.

15. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make false, misleading, or harmful statements about:

• Christ-Confidence Coaching

• Its representatives

• Its programs or services

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCC shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Financial loss

• Health-related outcomes

• Emotional distress

• Indirect or consequential damages

Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCC from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

• Your participation in the program

• Your actions based on coaching guidance

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

19. MODIFICATIONS

CCC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
