Conference & Travel Terms of Service

Effective Date:January 1, 2020

These Terms apply to all conferences, retreats, group travel experiences, and events ("Event") organized or hosted by Christ-Confidence Coaching ("we," "our," or "us").

By registering for or attending any Event, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment or participation in an approved payment plan is required to secure your spot. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Due to advance planning, reservations, and commitments made on your behalf, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Illness or medical conditions
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Failure to obtain required documents
• Personal emergencies
• Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with the Event

3. No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.

In the event of a chargeback:

• You will be in breach of this agreement
• You will be responsible for all associated fees, costs, and legal expenses
• Christ-Confidence Coaching reserves the right to pursue collection and legal action

4. Travel Responsibility

You are solely responsible for arranging and managing your own travel, including:

• Flights and transportation
• Passports and visas
• Travel insurance
• Arrival and departure timing

If you miss a flight, connection, or transportation for any reason:

• You are responsible for making alternate arrangements at your own expense
• Christ-Confidence Coaching is not responsible for delays, missed connections, or additional travel costs

5. Required Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you have all required documentation, including but not limited to:

• A valid passport (with required validity period)
• Visas or entry permits
• Vaccinations or health documentation if required

Failure to obtain required documentation does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws applicable to the Event location(s).

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any legal consequences resulting from your actions.

7. Conduct & Behavior Expectations

As a participant in a Christ-centered Event, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, responsible, and Christ-like manner at all times.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Respecting fellow participants, hosts, and local communities
• Refraining from disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior
• Honoring cultural norms and expectations of the location

Christ-Confidence Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event at its sole discretion for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with these values.

In such cases:

• No refunds will be issued
• You will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred

8. Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own health, physical condition, and well-being during the Event.

Christ-Confidence Coaching does not provide medical care. You agree to seek appropriate medical attention if needed.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost or stolen belongings

Christ-Confidence Coaching is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

10. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that travel, especially international travel, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Illness or injury
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Political or environmental conditions
• Unfamiliar environments

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christ-Confidence Coaching shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christ-Confidence Coaching from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, behavior, or participation in the Event.

13. Itinerary Changes

Christ-Confidence Coaching reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, accommodations, or activities as needed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

14. Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant Christ-Confidence Coaching permission to capture and use photos, video, or recordings that may include your likeness for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes without compensation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
